Good press conference, he made a few jokes on the Oakland situation, which were quite funny. Being an Oakland fan there was a lot of truth to what he said about them. As soon as the press conference was over he was heading to Memphis and visiting Marlon Brown, #1 prospect in the state and then to do more recruiting.

BTW, I hope his wife joins him on the sidelines next fall, not to shabby.

Pretty good press conference, I believe Kiffin can be a very good coach if he gets the right coachs around him! It was good to hear about his past at USC and him already talking to the players!

I think good things will happen soon in Tennessee, the thing I love the most was when he said he was going to make Tennessee pshycal again. i believe Tennessee has lost that edge in the last few years of watching them...

I hate UT, but am thrilled for the Vols.. Kiffin will be great, and seems like he will be bringing the majority of his family to help him coach..

It was asked by a reporter and his experience as being a head coach, he didn't just bring it up out of the blue.
